By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Modern Parenting (MP)'s Service, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://www.modernparentinghub.org/termsnc on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final interpretation of MP.

2. CHANGES IN PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products and services, and we may discontinue products and services at any time without notice. To the extent that we provide information on the availability of products or services, you should not rely on such information, and we will not be liable for any lack of availability of products or services that you may order through our site.

All pricing for the products and services available on our site is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All products are non-returnable and are non-refundable under any circumstance (save except where the contrary is specified for the particular product).

Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to anyone customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

4. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND PICTURES/VIDEOS

MP is pleased to hear from users and customers and welcomes your comments regarding our services and products. MP may use testimonials and/or product reviews in whole or in part together with the name, city, and state of the person rendering/submitting it. Testimonials may be used for any form of activity relating to MP’s services or products, in printed and online media, as MP determines in its sole and exclusive discretion. Testimonials represent the unique experience of the participants and customers submitting the testimonial, and do not necessarily reflect the experience that you and your business may have using our services or products. Your personal and business results will vary depending upon a variety of factors unique to your, your business, and market forces beyond MP’s control. Note that testimonials, photographs, and other information that you provide to us will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and, by providing them, you grant MP a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to use them.

Additionally, MP reserves the right to correct grammatical and typing errors, to shorten testimonials prior to publication or use, and review all testimonials prior to publication or use. MP shall be under no obligation to use any, or any part of, any testimonial or product review submitted.

5. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

THE MP LIVE STREAM AND ALL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, OR ANY OTHER FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MP LIVE STREAM, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MP DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE MP LIVE STREAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

MP is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by MP on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to customer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of any MP. owned web properties. If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MP which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, MP reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MP WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use MP, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that MP may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the MPs, including but not limited to MP. Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement MP Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by MP and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the MP. Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the MP Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from MP. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the MP Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the MP brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, MP and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any MP products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the MP brand at any time without notice. In no event will MP be liable for making these changes. MP may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of MP services, in any case and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to MP. (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by MP and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF MP, EXCEPT FOR USE OF MP. AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

MP logo, other MP trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with MP are trademarks or registered trademarks of MP in the HK and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with MP Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.

8. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

These Terms be modified from time to time. You should therefore read these Terms and the order terms before you place any order.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning or arising from these Terms of Use and the order terms.
